Many Thanks
Seagul
and
TODMATT
much appreciate.

If I am providing Joint 6 co-habitation correspondence from 3 different source, do I need to also provide Tenancy agreement Again or would this suffice the requirement as we have been living at same address since 2years 6 months.
Tenancy agreement will be needed to meet the accomodation requirement and if it is a rolling contract then better to attach a recent letter from estate agent clarifying its type will be a good idea.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

FLR (M) - Document upload + Consent Form

Post by askhans786 » Mon Feb 10, 2020 7:48 pm

Good Evening Folks,

I am now at a stage to click submit for our FLR M application.
It brings us to consent form in Declaration section which has 3 pages.

PART 1: Consent for the Home Office to verify applicationinformation
PART 2: Consent for the Home Office to verify third party information
PART 3: Consent for the Home Office to verify information from third party sponsor

I understand from reading the pages that Part 1 is to be signed by applicant
part 2 by my husband and myself
part 3 to be left blank
AM I correct?

Once we sign do we have to scan and upload this document right now with all necessary document?

Yes

You will have already provided consent through the Part 1 form, so it is really only your husband and any other joint account holders that would need to sign Part 2.

Yes, unless you have any third party sponsors that would also need to provide consent to access information.

The signed consent forms must be scanned and uploaded with the supporting documentation. You will be directed to the UKVCAS website to setup an account there to upload the documents. You do not have to do it right away but it must be done prior to the biometric appointment and I believe within 10 days of submitting the application but there should be instructions on one of the pages you will be directed to to confirm this.
I'm just a guy on the Internet who immigrated to the UK. My opinions are based on my experience and interpretation of the immigration rules and should not be considered legal or immigration advice; your mileage may vary.

Many thanks for prompt reply.

During your current or last grant of leave in the UK, were you required to register with the police? (Required)
Certain nationalities are required to register with the police as a condition of their leave. If this condition applied to you, you will have been instructed to register with your local police station when you were granted your last period of leave in the UK. The requirement to register with the police may also feature on your visa or your Biometric Residence Permit, if you are required to have one.
Any experts who can please assist
Student visa 2012-2014
Spouse Visa - 2017-2020
FLRM first extension - 2020
Check your vignette and it will tell you.
My opinions should not be constituted as an immigration or legal advice.
