I ran a dummy application. Actually the options are there. BUT as previously advised, you can NOT add family members just like that. Every one has to meet the requirements on their own before they can be added in the same account.
Yes this what I am talking about boss.

Furthermore, as I was stuck in pandemic for 4 months where should I put this explanation as I can see below 3 back to back question in the form at last part.

1) Do you meet these residence requirments ? Then there are drop down options one of them is more than 90 days absence and explain

2) Are there any reasons why you cannot meet the requirements to become a British Citizen (For example, you have had too many absences from the UK)?

Immigration Details:

3) Do you have any other details that you would like to be considered regarding this applicant and their application to be registered as British Citizen ?

Where should I provide my explanation about the covid pandemic situation I had and couldn't come in time.

I believe i need to put my explanation in all 3 questions. Please advise.

Furthermore, can i send cover letter as well ?

Yes answer as asked. Seems like you will need to mention in all 3 questions.

One more quick question as I don't remember the dates of my employment for last 10 years, I have requested HMRC to send me almost 3 weeks ago and still no response from them.

They said it can take upto 19 weeks once the case is assigned. So it means hmrc can take upto 5 months to send me the employment history. Any other way around.

Dates are “if known” question. You can provide estimates if not known or leave empty. You are expected to declare ALL employment in UK though for last 10 years but dates are “if known.” Clarify in the cover letter.

Thanks for your prompt response. One thing I can do I can call the employers I worked and ask for my employment exact dates.

Thanks Cullinan for your prompt responses always, I contacted one of my employer which was event management company and they confirmed my dates however I was paid only 3 months from them e.g. my start date was june 2011 and end date was july 2014 as per them, however my first payment date from them was dec 2011 and last payment feb 2012. So what date should I put From June 2011 to Dec 2014 OR just the dates of payments I received from them which is Dec 2011 to Feb 2012. Kindly advise

Furthermore, from Feb 2012 till Dec 2014 I was employed with different employer and throughout I was getting paid as this was my cont employment.

Earliest response would be highly appreciated.

I am not sure what you mean: You were paid 3 months but left on payroll in error till 2014??

Yes I meant I got paid only three months from them and then I was on their payroll for next 3 years but didnt work for them as they were event management and I didnt took any job as I was working with other employee full time in same duration. So do i need to put whole three years even though i wasnt working for them. If i put three years then it will overlap with other job. Is that ok ?

So it will not affect my application if I just put the duration I got paid regardless of employment start and end date ?

Whic address do we put on cover letter ?

And please see the below list of docs which I am gonna upload and let me know If I am missing anything.

- Passports
- BRP
- Both Referee's declaration
- Utility Bill for address proof
- UK University Degree
- Life in the UK (No need to upload right) Just gonna put reference number on form

Let me know if I need anything please. Thanks for valuable advise always.

One more thing as I got ILR on Tier 1 Ent and I am still director in my company and since 2015 to 2020 i was taking out salary from my company as well. So do I need to put director + employee in my own company and duration of both time period ?

As I mentioned before about the employment with one event management company as hey registerd me for 3 years and i only worked 3 months my accountant suggested me to put whole 3 years duration on form. Kindly advise will this over lapping affect my application ?

Anyone can have two jobs or three jobs at one time. No issues of overlapping as long your tax issues are all in order.

You will select director and employee both. The question asks you to tick all boxes that apply. I ticked both employee and director for myself as my situation was similar to yours.

I mean that your tax issues (if any tax pending etc) are all in order with HMRC.

You would have got any letters if any tax records were pending etc. Do not bother to check otherwise.

I heard that they can't claim more than 5 years and if this was unpaid why didn't they asked me to pay ? And last moment when I am abt to submit this thing came up. So if I submit application today and pay next week or talk to them if they waive off as older than 5 years then this should be ok right ? I dont need to mention if the waive off ?
