ILR SET LR Questions

Hi,
- I arrived in the UK on 12 September 2010.
- I Applied for ILR set-lr on 31/8/20. (Within 28 days before 10yr)
- Current tier 2 visa expired 1/9/20.

Could you please confirm me that my application is valid.

Date of application is the date you pay and submit so you made an in time application. You will need to submit your biometrics for your application to be valid. But date of biometrics is irrelevant.

my point is I couldn’t fulfil my exact 10 years as my visa expiry date was 1/9/20. I had 11 days short to make it full 10 years but I was applied within 28 days earlier of 10 years finishing line, will it affect my application?

No. You could have applied anytime up to 28 days before completing 10 years.
