PBS dependent visa applied but we want to apply for British passport

If I cannot vary the application from PBS dependant to MN1? can I withdraw the PBS dependant application as I have not given biometric for PBS dependant yet.

If I withdraw the application will they refund the PBS dependant application money back?please advice

Yes. In case you have not attended the biometrics and withdraw, fees should be refunded.

Edit: Ok the above stated is in normal circumstances but your child was given an exception to travel to UK before biometrics so you will have to check with HO. I think you will not get a refund in this case.

UKVI gave him an exception to travel back to UK by just applying for the PBS dependent visa & complete biometric after travelling back to UK.

Contact them the same way you did before.

I contacted with the same ID but they came back telling that they only deal with emergency queries and now I need to contact home office .
