We really don't know what happens he don't gets decision before 12th
If you are eligible for settlement there is no need to wait for a decision on your husband's settlement application (presumably on the Skilled Worker route). You can apply now and should in any case apply before your permission expires.

If your husband doesn't have a decision by the time you apply, your application will be held until his is decided.

PBS dependents cannot get ilr if the main PBS migrant doesnt.

Thanks. Makes sense.

What's the maximum time frame between application submission and the date of biometric?

Experts, Please advise

Few more queries. Very sorry if it sounds silly.

1. Am I allowed to work once the application submitted until I get decision?. Because I will be on no status condition till I get decision.
2. Do I need to inform employer about it?
3.Max time frame between application submisssion and biometric?

Am I allowed to submit my application at-least?. We have escalated to UKVI and local MP. Will see how it goes.

You will maintain all the rights currently have as per this leave till decision is made on your application.
2. Do I need to inform employer about it? Employer if up to the duties may ask you.
3.Max time frame between application submisssion and biometric? Think 45days

This is not relevant to the ilr topic or sub forum. Ask naturalisation questions in the British citizenenship sub forum. Also take the time to read about applying for citizenship on the ukvi website and the guidance notes and then ask if anything is unclear.
