maybe you can do extra part-time job and include its salary in the calculation of total income?thevladi1 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 05, 2023 11:59 amHi all,
At the moment I have a skilled worker visa for three years (until 2026). I am extremely upset about the new immigration rules and am looking for a solution to the problem now so as not to put myself in a difficult situation in the future. I currently have an average salary within my profession that meets the visa requirements, but I understand that my employer will not be able to pay me £38,000 when I need to extend my visa. I am considering the possibility of negotiating with my employer to reissue my CoS for five years. Then, technically, I will comply with all the rules before receiving the ILR. Or should I not rush into this yet?
I feel like current government really intend to curb immigration and the only group they can target easily is the legal worker
