WP to ILR - PEO Croydon success and my experience

Congrats...Thanks for your post..

I am finishing 5 years in UK now, with 2 companies, running 4th year on II company now. My work is offshored & looks like i have to go back to India & work from there. So I fear I will miss this chance & may have to complete another 5 years cycle for ILR. So I could not ask any help from current company as they already banking me heavyly on offshore project delivery not knowing my ILR plans..!!!

My issues for ILR are...

1. I was on company transfer so I donot have any P60 in UK. Will that be an issue..??

2. Also I am not getting any sealed payslips only Email copy will that do as salary proof..?

3. I do have bank statements showing salary paymentsevery month

4. I haven't informed company about my plan for ILR due to above reason. So I can not produce employment letter as such. But I could show salary payments correctly & WP which is valid for another year..

5. I haven't informed my current company so no one to attend call if Home office calls for confirmation...!

Will I have any chance in this sitn for ILR..??

I entered the UK on 30 Sep 1999 as a student. My current LTR is HSMP which expires on 25 sep 2009, just 5 days before I reach the 10 year physical stay mark. Will I be refused if I make an application. Am I somehow covered by the 28 day rule or do I need to apply for some sort of extension. Please help someone. Thanks. K
