Revoked Stamp4eufam and A.K.S. & Ors v Minister for Justice & Ors

Hi,
I got my Stamp 4 EU Fam when I was young in 2015 based on my dad is a UK Citizen and as a and after a few years I was told in 2021 that all 6 years of my previous reckonable residence were revoked. I got a new Stamp 4 in 2023 due to a different scheme. Later my lawyer told me about this case, he said that it has been appealed. Is this true and is there any update on it? Any info would be a lot of help thanks!

@MrRozen the jugdemnet was a supreme court jugdement and it can not be apealed.

@iceice855 Thank you so much for the info! Does this mean I can apply for my naturalization now or do I have to send a letter to immigration to inform them of the years being reinstated?

@MrRozen just submit your application for naturalisation and include all previous revoked stamp. They already know this and you dont need to explain anyyhing.
