But neither INIS nor justice department's website states this fact:
"without condition as to time" endorsement is Stamp 5.
"without condition" endorsement is Stamp 6.
Thats where the confusion is.

INIS site does talk abt "without condition as to time" but doesnt state what stamp and nothings mentioned on justice website. Thats why whole confusion is there.

Even till the date we dont know what correct answer is.. as LP went before me got stamp 6 and melon(her husband) went after me stamp got stamp 6, where as i got stamp5.

But as you said, both are one and the same things mostly. And i believe this "without condition as to time" option is fairly new it will take time to mature. Like any other thing before everything is clear in black n white.
