I went to PEO (Croydon) on 2nd July. I was told that my appointment was actually for 2nd June. The officer informed me that I called on 21st May for an appointment and that I was given one for 2nd June. I must have been lucky to get one within two weeks of time! (do not know who got this one wrong). Anyway they were kind of enough to give me an appointment for the next day, as someone else cancelled. May be we should all request a letter confirming appointment to avoid any possible misunderstandings. My application was successful.

P-60 forms seem to be crucial. May be this should be mentioned clearly in the application guidance notes or application form itself. If you have not sent P-60 forms before for previous FLRs, then you need to take P-60s for all four years.

Good luck

They already checked these when you extended in February so don't know why they asked you to supply them again.

Besides, we have other stories here in the forum where HO only picked last 3months document as stated above. Don't also forget that you are covered by the last JR.

Congratulation...I sent mine 16th June that means I should hear from them soon as well, maybe next week!

Can you tell us what date the visa was stamped? Did you receive backdated letter as well?

The stamp is with recent date. However I have received a letter stating my ILR valid from the date I entered in this country.

Traffic Offence (Speeding), £60/3 points - I did NOT declare this in my application. Homeoffice guidance states that I do not have to.

I attached each month's payslip to correspoding month's bank statement. I also highlighted the Salary on Payslip and on Bank Statement perhaps to make the job easier for them to spot how salary is being paid into account.

The 2008/2009 P60 covers the economic activities for the period since the last FLR extension (July 2008).

This forum has been really helpful and I wish everyone a successful application.

If you need any further clarification, please be free to ask
hi

please can you let me know where it states traffic offence does not have to be declared

cheers

"You must give details of all unspent criminal convictions. This includes road traffic offences but not fixed penalty notices (such as speeding or parking tickets) unless they were given in court. You must include all drink-driving offences"

What a painful waiting!!

BTW, did HO post back the files in the prepaid special delivery envelop if you had provided in the application pack?

Thanks!

... don't worry I posted mine same day with you as well (16th) and from all other feedback on this forum there is a chance we would hear from them this week - I'm very positive about that.

I applied 25th June. Acknowledgment letter received 2nd July. But money still not taken from my card. All have different experiences.

You can write to the Croydon address asking for an acknowledgment letter, mention your details and your special delivery/recorded delivery number and date it arrived. But the fact that they took your payment means they are processing your application.

Good luck to all. Waiting is tough.
