I thought EEA2 applications are forwarding looking applications, do they have to asses whether a person has been exercising treaty rights if the application is to succeed? Wouldn't that be EEA4? How dare now HO is looking behind, even when it comes to EEA1? Or shall we say that self employment is ascape goat!petra wrote:right

Need evidence over a longer period of time to prove self employment.
Also National Insurance contribution that have been paid.
Now we have only moved to UK just 2 months ago.. how long is longer period??
National Insurance contribution demand notice has not come yet so we we can do about it.
The husband Family Permit VISA is finishing 20th July

If you are exempt from registration on the Worker Registration Scheme, you can obtain a registration certificate confirming your status, although you are not obliged to do so.
