Check out the case of NA and others [2009] UKAIT 00025, which states that the appellant can succeed if the evidence shows that the application and evidence as presented to the Tribunal would have succeeded at the time of the home office descision.
All you have to do is get another letter from the accountant giving your net profit as well. No need to reapply. Just do your appeal yourself and quote the case. Your lawyer doen't seem to be up to date.
