Dear friends,
I do have emails,notes,sort of course project details and also all certificates.
Attendance records are not issued to students,assignments are marked and held by college for their record as in every college.
College does not have to be on Sposor register as it was introduced after april2009. College requirement was to be on listed bodies which my college was and is.
I spoke to Home Office college just need to be on listed body not on sponsor register.

I just believe there is not point to play hide and seek. If some one is genuine and can speak in court about the course he studied, he will get visa,nothing can stop him.
Why u guys using strange ids,asking me my number but calling me from withheld, i mean this clearly shows there is something wrong which is making u hide urself.
I am here,no fear,whatever anyone wants to knwo ask me,no hide and seak.
Trust urself and people will trust u.

Dear Vucky and all other friends,
As I have valid leave until dec2009,I have not been given appeal right,and its good. I am going to review or court options.
Basically college is shut. We can't really will this case on appeal. Except those certificates which we all have same,we have nothing to prove.
I am trying my best to get hold of college administration,then we can win this case.
The reason I said we can not win on appeal because we are being refused on same documents already,and appeal is on paper work then u can see how many chances we have got to win. Not really.
Unless college involves in and gives us a letter saying why our visas are refused as we are LCPS genuine students.
Going to court option is stronger why,, look,........ First it is very quiker, secondly it is cheaper about 600pounds, third we can justify that we are genuine students and it is not our fault it college did issue some fake diplomas.
Look guys if ur visas are already expired u dont have any option but to fight on this case but u are well aware u can not get any job now. Living without job in UK,Does not make any sense and painful as well.
Choose any option which is qucker. Dont waste ur money on appeal if u applying on same documents.

Well,LCPS is shut.
College has no admin staff or classes working. It has not renewed its license for international students.
They are trying to open a new college with new name.
They are not taking any fon call since last few months.
Dont try to misguide anyone or waste ur time in this nonsense. whoever is related to LCPS,they now that LCPS is out of business now. The only way they can reply you is by email.
Home Office sent them verification letters for our PSW visas by post and by fax,no response.LCPS has not verified any of us Diplomas to Home Office. That's why all of us got rejection.

Look Smartee,Please dont say anything until u actually have true knowledge have it. People here want information and real help not rumours or baseless information
I personally know LCPS and LCPS owner told to my friend that college is shut.
Then I ask my uncle to visit few days ago,he visited and he said college is shut.
After all this we do have common sense as well,for exampple no one is answering colleg phone,No reply to home office query,no more admission and disappearing of college staff ,what doest this mean. It all cleary states that college is shut.
Hope u know gonna start thinking about any other thing which could be helpful for U and for all of us.

Whatever situation is, think about some sort of solution.
It is not problem of one person.there are many who are under same trouble.
There shud be a way,We are so many,we need to think about any solution.
Where there is a will,there is a way.
Guys,put ur all energies to prove urself true and make some plan.

U r rught Smartee,it is not mission impossible but requires planning and unity.
Everyone who is going under same situation should contribute by every possible way without being negative or pessimist.Please put whatever ideas u have to solve this out. It does not matter whether ur ideas or strong or not. Share ur plans here or Email or Call me.
No one person can do this alone,but we need to be together.

Trust me,it is possible and If one of us get PSW from LCPS whether on appeal or review ...All LCPS students will be awarded PSW as per UK Law.

1We need to use our mind to find what solution we think is ok, 2Internet search ,3 learn from cambridge college students,4 discuss with any consultant and solicitor,5try to get hold of college to get more paper evidence to support ur case, 6every possible way.

There is no possibility of winning appeal on these documents which home office accused us of deception as after knowing cambridge college appeal result except wastage of money and time.
Be careful,lawyers will take our case for a fee. it is their business. if they agree to pay them 75% of thier fee after getting visa then go and give them case.

You can try for as long as you want, the college isn't on the tier 4 sponsor list as such foreign students shouldn't even be 'studying' there. I suggest that you book you flight home.

The list of bodies you mention is for UK and EU students and can award diplomas etc.

The Home Office list is the list that tier 4 students can study at. Your college is NOT on that list and therefore you weren't allowed to study there. Therefore you have no chance of the PSW and have more chance of being successful by applying in your home country than from within the UK.

As for not being helpful, actually i've been very helpful to you on this thread. You shouldn't have been studying at that college as it didn't have the necessary sponsorship to admit non-EU students.
