Hi itsme, SpiderKing, HSMPcandidate,

Do you have any update on your application status?

I submitted my application in the last week of August.
Payment Cleared: 31/8/2005
Received by HSMP team: 1/9/2005 (As per the acknowledgement letter)

I checked today 8th September by telephone:

Got the status: Not yet assigned to a caseworker

My docs were received by the Home Office 8/31/05
My credit card was ebited within 48 hours. I have a reference number, but no news.

I am using an agency.

Send docs in 29-07-2005.

Received at HO 1 -08- 05

Payment Cleared 9-08-05

Decision Made 3-09-2005.

Docs Sent 3-09-05.

Application was approved. Took approximately 3 weeks.

I think it depends on the circumstances, like my appli was rejected 2 times before it was approved the 3rd time.

kw- what points did you claim?

FLR is after you are in the country for a while, you need an EC- you can do this via mail and i thikn online, but im not sure. Or you can pop down to the consulate ( depends on where you are) Chicago, LA, DC, or NYC, and theyll do you up in a few hours.

Hi everybody,

I posted here yesterday asking what address to send my enquiry to in HO.

I got a mail from my Agent today that it's been approved. I cannot say precisely when it was approved, bcos my Agent has been on leave. I guess he just came back today and he has gotten my Docs back.

Aug 19 - Agent sent Docs to HO
Sep 15 - Agent confirmed that Approval is given and has received my Docs :D :D
