peshawar test providers...URGENT HELP!!

50000 is a bit too much. my wife took her test in rwpindi and she was asked to pay 30000 but after some negotiations with my father in law they took 20000, (machli bazaar banaya huwa he Pak ko in logo ne:( )

i have just found a test centre in peshawar http://www.mrelts.org/index.php?page=Home

if you open their home page it says
NOTE: KINDLY SUBMIT YOUR A1/A2 (SPOUSE/PARTNER) CERTIFICATES TO THE UKBA LATEST BY 14TH JULY 2011

to me it looks like after 14 they wont be the approved providers any more?
