I definitely do not want to loose my PR which means I have until 30 Jan 2012 to get back to London! I am going to reapply immediately and forget the appeal.Directive/2004/38/EC wrote:If I were you, I would make sure you spend less than 2 years away from the UK in order to retain your PR.
You mentioned before that I should not give any details on our savings but surely that can only go in our favour if I prove that we have sufficient funds to initially support ourselves? They also mention on the supporting documents section that we should provide evidence of savings....
I will most definitely be complaining...like you said it's important for errors like this to be brought to their attention.Directive/2004/38/EC wrote:I personally would also tend to complain very loudly. They mishandled your initial application and unless you complain, NOBODY will know about it. You do not need to do it now, but please please do it eventually! http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/about ... acomplaint
Would you be able to help me with a covering letter for the next application please? I am not sure how to put all the information you have provided me with into a letter for the UK Border Agency and I really want to get it right.
Thanks again for your help!
