you will need to provide

1. evidence of funds leaving your acc
2. receipt of the remittance
3. evidence of funds arriving in father's acc.

Lawyer to help with elderly dependant ILR

Post by greazedlightning » Fri Jan 13, 2012 2:14 pm

Hi
can anyone please recommend lawyers or people with experience who can guide me with my application for my father's elderly dependant ILR. Preferably Indian lawyers or lawyers who have experience with dealing with a number of cases pertaining to Indian elderly dependants.
