I have applied for my wife visa yesterday at Delhi VFS centre.
Firstly they asked for the type of visa you want to apply for and then they charged accordingly. For Tier 1 dependent visa the fees is now reduced to 64,000. Then they check your wife documents and asked for photocopies of the original docs.
They also gave option for in person collection or courier, sms, e-mail service.
After that they took my wife biometrics and thats all.
The processing time is between 2-3 weeks.
