Hi hmsp28122006,

CONGRATS!

I fall under same category as yours and I am applying on 26th Jan 2012.

I was outside UK for almost 5 months with salary credited into my account in UK which reflects in my pay slips.

I have my past 5 yrs employment history from HMRC.

If possible can you please send me copy of the letter that you have taken so that I can tell my previous employer to provide me in the similar manner. mail id: ilrlondon09@gmail.com

Thanks in advance.
ilrlondon09.

Hi hsmp28122006
Firstly many congratulations on receiving your ILR.
Please can you just clarify this.
My Entry Clearence on Work Permit was issued on 14 March 2007
I came in to The UK on 24 March 2007
On reading Home office website, it says I can apply for a ILR 4 years 11 months from the date I entered the UK and not more than 28 days before the expiry of my Work Permit.
Does this mean I can apply only by 24 Feb (4 yrs and 11 Months from the time I entered in to The UK)
I would appreciate your thoughts.

Hi Experts,

I am new joiner to this forum.

I fall under HSMP+Tier1 JR and planning to apply for ILR in Feb2012.

I have worked from May 2011 untill Oct 2011 and after that i was looking for job till now and now every company is asking me about my visa and they r happy to proceed my application once i get my visaa i.e,ILR.

Can any one of you guys help me in this...as stated i have worked from May to October 2011..so I will not be in a situation to provide recent 3 months payslips. Will this effect my ILR ?

Thanks In Advance,
rayban.

Hi Vik_mad,

Sorry for that, I am on HSMP for 2 years and then on Tier1 for 3 years.-5Years.

I got HSMP approval before Nov 6th 2006, I was told that I will come under
Judicial Review.

So do I need to provide recent 3 payslips as I said earlier I have payslips from May 2011 to Oct 2011.

Thanks,
rayban

Hi

This is a wonderful thread, I entered UK 60 days after I got my HSMP visa, so I understand that I am within the 90-day rule and therefore I can apply for the ILR even before I have completed 5 years.

However, thre is a section that clearly asks if you have completed 5 years of lawful stay in the UK. What do I write there ? A "Yes" would be incorrect and a "No" could be dangerous for the application. Any suggestions ?

102 Days less for ILR - PLS urgent

Post by nivas » Tue Apr 02, 2013 7:33 am

Hi ,
I think, u will suggest on my query. Please..

I am on HSMP Judicial Review (before 6th November 2006)
I got stamped on 21st May 2008. (2 years i.e. 21-05-2008 to 21-05-2010)
I travelled to UK on 31st Aug 2008.
I got first extension from 21-05-2010 to 21-05-2013. Here my question is I am short fall for ILR for the period of 3months 10days (i.e. 100 days) to fulfil 5 years continuation stay for the ILR.
So, Do I need to go for another extension or under HSMP judicial review 2008, are they going to give the sufficient leave up to ILR.
Please post your suggestions.

Thanks
Nivas
