My wife will be applying under Tier 1G in April. The P60 for this year will not be available so we will carry bank statements with pay slips. We have P60s for the year before that but not for the last 5 years.nnj10 wrote:What category are you applying under?
WP, T1G or any other?
For WP - I think P60 is requirement, as you donot have flexibility in changing employer like T1G.
For T1G - I have not come across anything in SET (O) or Guidance to sat that last 5 year P60 is a must.
The forms do not ask for this anywhere but it is odd that spokenhands was specifically asked for this, and i have also seen it mentioned on other posts that caseworkers ask for this.
