Once payment has been taken it takes 4-6 weeks for an appeal notice to be sent out, this is sent to Islamabad embassy and yourself as well the lawyer (if u have one). On this appeal notice is a review deadline (15 weeks from appeal notice e.g i received mine 14th July and my deadline is 27th October) during the review period the ECO has the chance to re look at the papers with the new proof/supporting documents u have provided, this normally takes 4-8 weeks sometimes even less and if they are satisfied then decision is overturned and appeal is withdrawn and they call you to submit passport within 10 days.
however if review is not successful then they refuse and u have to wait for a court date which can be anything from 4-6 months
Does the review deadline mean you will get the decision of whether visa is granted or not on that date?
If u r successful in review then u will get the visa before tbisthis date, normally 6/10 weeks in to it, if not then it goes to court
