Excited to tell you that I missed a DX delivery yesterday.I have rescheduled for Tuesday morning, so can´t confirm anything and will not be officially updating my timeline until then. As I am not expecting absolutely anything else, and I reached the 5 month mark this week, it is very likely good news. Posting in case you wanted to see more movement in the September batch.
Aaaand the post person just came by with a recorded delivery package containing our supporting documents, my partner's Registration Certificate; and a letter telling me I should be receiving my Residence Card within the next 10 days, so, yes this is happening :)

From other posts I see that timelines vary slightly, a couple of weeks here and there, so I would not worry before hitting the 6-month mark.
Thanks Kamoe, 2 weeks to 6 months mark. Hopefully all will be good for you too.

Thanks for the number Alex.

I was also wondering , Was the interview a bad sign ?

I mean they've now started issuing September RCs and I'm getting worried.

Did you apply for a family permit in order to bring them to the uk ? Or did they gain entry with a EU resident card ?
They came on their family permit which will expire soon. But they also have EU resident cards which are still valid for 5 years.
Does HO return passports automatically or we have to request them back via the link provided.
I am so worried I dont want to withdraw application after coming so far. Its been a long 2.5 year journey to get here after applying for my parents stay in UK and getting rejected and been told my parents cant even visit me in UK now as they have applied for long term residency.

They should be able to travel since they have the eu visas ;)

What they said was that they didnt find sufficient evidence that proved we are in a real relationship.. also they said that they had visited our place which an sure they didnt.. but according to what our place was ny wifes workplace cuz they said they went to the adress given on her payslip.. her payslip had her workplave adress .
The questions that i gave u were all that they asked.. all that i remember.. :)..
It feels like a huge relief.. now just waitin for dx to deliver my card.. how long do u reckon they take?

Hi everyone,

I would like to know information about the COA, I applied for a RC as NON-EEA family member on december 2015, I received biometrics letter on 13/02/2016 (a long time waiting) but I want to know if the COA it is valid since date issue or since when I applied on 30/12/2015?

Because I waited a lot of time for Biometrics letter. I need to get a job as you know.

Thanks for your help.

Same case with me , First time they called us for an interview when we were unmarried , The interviewer couldn't really call us fake to our face because he went through about 1 year worth convo on facebook . Then he said , Maybe both of you are just friends you talk like friends -_- . And they rejected saying our relationship isn't genuine. We got married later on and applied . Such a bother to deal with these people.

And you dont have to worry the RC will show up .

Call DX on this number :

08443710000

automated system will ask you for tracking just type in 00000000000000000000

Then they will transfer you to an advisor , Give them your post code and name and theyll tell you if they have a package for you . DX is pretty shit tbh. They left my HSBC card , checkbook and all details outside my apartment building -_-

Hello

Has anyone had any luck calling through to the call center and finding out anything about their application? Trying to track down a CoA as submitted biometrics before a lot of people on the forum and they have received their CoA already. The call center says they cannot look up anything and to email and we have done all this without success.

Did you get married with your COA then, if they still had your documents during the 6 months you stayed home.

Hi! Hope its ok to post a question here. I'm from EU, and applied for Permanent Residency card a month and a half ago. They took teh fee straight away, but I still haven't received any letter from them confirming they have my papers, or giving me my ref number or anything.

Should I worry? Contact them?

Also, how long does it usually take them to send all the original papers back? ( My ID, lots of P45's, etc)

Many thanks in advance! Have a good day

Hi guys

I was just wondering if anyone knows what documents need to be sent to the Home Office in case your sponsor has found a new job after you made the application. Is just the new contract of employment sufficient or should I wait until my husband received his first payslip too? Should I also include a covering letter?

Thanks :)
