Hi
I got ILR under 10 years rule. But not my wife. I have one baby who born in UK before my ILR.
Can I apply for my baby using MN1 form to get certificate of british registration?
Or both parents should have ILR?
Please reply it.
Thanks.

You can and in the form your wife will have to sign that she agrees with you application for your child. I also got my ILR on 10 year and have applied for my son. Will let you know the outcome.

Hi Saurya
I have almost same case. I am still waiting for the outcome of my 10 yrs ILR application but need your assistance with following:
my 2 kids born in UK both less than 2 years old, what I understand that I can apply for their naturalisation by using form MN1 as soon as I get ILR. Do I need to fill separate forms for both.

[Moderator edit: Off-topic content deleted]

thanks in advance for your assistance.
Best wishes,
Kam

Hi all,
I got ILR after my baby was born, and I applied MN1 for my baby 5 months ago through NCS. I received the acknowledgment letter and I am still waiting for the Registration Certificate. I phoned the HO and they told me you have to wait cuz the average is 6 months and maybe even more.
some friends suggest to me: it would be better to withdrew the application and then apply through a lawyer.
so please can someone advice and will be very much appreciate it.
Thanks.
