Hi Indianlonly,
I submitted all three years worth of self-employment docs and proofs of my ex when I submitted my ROR application in 2014. I knew that I only needed to provide her treaty rights proofs during divorce proceedings up to Decree Absolute along with cohabitation proofs, but I decided to be on a safe side and sent everything.
So this time around I simply added my P60s, extra payslips, employment contract and some bank statements and send my PR application (3kg of paperwork). Everything was returned back to me by HO with the decision.
If you submitted all necessary proofs for your ex from the date of the marriage to the date your divorce got finalised, then you should be fine mate. As I can see from the files I got back, HO was going through my ex's self-employment paperwork quite intensively, while my employment docs are almost untouched.
