I didn't do an enquiry yesterday. My husband suggests waiting until Friday. Currently 87WDs (19th Week)
Maximum is 24 weeks which is literally 6months. What scares me is, I know people still waiting after 6 months. May Allah help us all. Prayed for everyone ❤️

Guys I have an update : There's a journalist from BBC NEWS Who's writing an article on UK visa delays. I came across her account on twitter. I spoke to her personally and she wants us to share our stories. I and some other applicants emailed her how our lives are impacted with this ridiculous delay. I suggest everyone should do the same here so we get attention and we're heard. This should make a difference as media can pressurise UKVI to work on spouse visas. I'll share the link below, check the tweet and join this movement.

The short answer is No. They were valid at the time of the application. So, no need to go for another TB test or send a new report to UKVI.

No you don't have to do it again. Doesn't matter if it's expiring or expired. All that matters is at the time of biometrics if it was valid. Don't waste your money redoing it.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for sharing your experiences (frustrations)! It sounds like you guys who applied in December are having a really tough time. I can't bare to imagine that it could be up to six months.

Has there been any further confirmation that it could be this long?

Like I'm sure is the same as many of you. We are asking for an extra month's rent repeatedly and now having issues with work and money.

I'm English, living in Colombia with my Colombian partner and awaiting the visa.
On WD50 so expecting the email next week confirming the delay. Biometrics were on Feb 11th.

I'll update you with any communication.
It would be nice to hear if any spouse visas are still being approved??

Hi, No they haven't provided any sort of information regarding how much longer it will take. No time frame at all. I've read few comments on Facebook that people shared through their MPs that it could take upto 6 months. But there are people waiting for more than 6 months! I cannot emphasise enough how unfair the whole system is. Some cases aren't even being looked at due to system backlog. Hoping the best for everyone! I hope you get yours on time.

And yes, recently some of the applicants from Facebook has got their decision. December applicants yeah
