No news as yet, I checked yesterday morning and status wasnt changed but when I checked in the afternoon it had changed so I suppose they change status towards the end of the day (I checked online in uk)

You need to wait few more weeks, people applied end of FEB and start of March visas are hearing their decisions. Be patient you guys will hear in next few weeks.

SMS is not compliment you need to pay on top of the application fees.

I applied for my spouse settlement Visa at Pune VFS office on 22nd March 2013.

Needless to say, the status is still under processing at BHC.

Anyone in the same time frame??

I had applied on 5th April at VFS Pune. Status still shows "Your visa application is under process in British High Commission".

Could you pls tell how much were you charged for sms service? I was being told that sms service is complimentary wit courier charges.. May be that's y the status hasn't changed since day one.... What time frame did they gave you...? 49 days?????

Applied on 27 Feb 2013- status remains the same "application forwarded to BHC".

20 May 2013 received call saying "payslip for nov,dec,jan,feb missing". what a joke? They took nearly 3 months to find out my payslips are missing. I said I will submit and ordered new one submitted on 22 may 2013.

Now, still no results.

Be patience, you are about to see light at the end of the tunnel. Just ridiculous for UKBA to take 3 months to even look at the documents. They do tend to lose the documents UKBA is well known for that. On a positive note they are happy with the all other documents it is just the payslips they need to GRANT the visa. I've read few post in the forums when UKBA come back asking for certain documents when documents are provided in all cases VISA was GRANTED. It is just matter of couple of days you would hear the good news.

I cannot believe BHC New Delhi, where the F__K are their heads (excuse my language)

My husband emailed me a copy of the reasons for refusal.

They believe our relationship is not genuine as he has not seen me since 01/02/2012. What B__L S___T!!!

We got married in India in June 2012 I have been to India 8 times since Feb 2012 which I have showed copies of my passport and tickets.
I was in India when my bhabi gave birth her son, back in september.
I showed all the pictures of me in the hospital her.

I dont know what more they want.

I have been to my solicitor today and have started the appeal procedure, he actually thinks its a joke.

I feel they havnt even looked at our file as all evidence phonecalls, bank statements, photos, letters, skype chats and above all tattoo of my name on his chest.

What a disgrace!!!!!
