Hi guys

I am new to the forum but I have been reading people's visa issues. My name is mariam and I'm resident in the UK. I applied for my husbands visa in pak in Feb and got rejected in March for some issues with the tax code I am working at two different places to get an 18600 pay mark. I appealed in March and was given the review deadline for 26 sep 2016. I called in and checked in August and they said they have received the pavk from the home office and they are stivking withe their decision. I still haven't heard back from them with a court date as it has been two months since they recieved the pack bak. I have given a doctors letter telling them that I am depressed and cannot cope with the situation but they have refused to expedite the appeal in any shape or form. Please advise me as to what I can do as I cannot concentrate on anything wat so ever
Kind regards
Mariam

sorry sis for your refusal.
they will not expedite . now these days they are too much strict . you have only 2 options
1- reapply with priority service
2- wait for your court hearing date. keep in mind for hearing date it will take 8 to 12 moths.
i had also applied for appeal expedition four times n they refused me 4 times but luckly my appeal was over turned. so choice is your.

hello, i am new to the forum, i have been reading all the comments regarding the appeal.
my visa was refused in november 20th 2015, we appealed within the 28 day guide, the payment was taken out of my account in january 2016.
i am lucky as my spouse appeal was heard on 23 september 2016, others are saying i received my appeal very quick.
thanks to ALLAH
I received the decision of the appeal on 15th October, the appeal was heard on the 11 october dated on the letter. and the judge allowed the appeal ( judge wrote his decision on the 11 october 2015)
they said in the email the sent me (which was on the same day i received my paperwork 15th October) that
all paperwork ref to the appeal have been sent off to the other parties involved.
in the email it says the IA60 or IA212
In the email it says nothing about the other party appealing against the appeal allowed decision.
what are the IA60 or IA212
It has been over 2 weeks since the dated letter of 11th October 2016 and the date which received 15th October 2016
please if anyone can advise me about this 28 day right to appeal
thankyou

Hi,

Where are you based?

We appealed end of Sept 15 and our deadline was 22nd of Feb and we based in London and not heard anything.

What was the full date of your deadline?

If you look at other peoples timeline on the forum, the court date is received around a year after the date of appeal, the hearing is then around 4 to 6 months after that, 3 to 4 months to get passport stamped if appeal is successful, from start to finish the timescale is 2 years from the date you submit the appeal, long long wait!!

Hey guys i have been following this thread for a while. My husband was an overstayer, we were advised by our lawyer to go back to pakistan and apply from there as we did not have any childen at the time so would be difficult to succeed with in the uk. We applied from pakistan and were refused dec 2015 with a deadline of 23rd june 2016. We had a baby july 16. Last update our bundle has been returned to the court service but we have not recieved a date yet. I would like to take baby to meet her dad asap as time is passing but wanted to go after receiving the court date .i would like some advice whether i should wait for a court date which could take a couple of months or will it not make a difference. Thanks in advance
