smallpie wrote:Hi lovely people,

I am part of the November applicant listed on this timeline, and i thot should share my update.

Today 17th May, i received only my PR card. Issued date in card 13th May 2016.

PR Card was delivered by a courier service, which i had to signed for. Other documents, including passports will be arriving within 10days.

Recap on timeline: 25th November 2015 ( application sent)

26th November, HO received.

27th November, my bank account charged.

14th December, got biometric letter, 15th December, (biometric sent).

22nd January 2016 (Right to work CoA received), dated 20th January.

17th May 2016, PR card received.

Note: i applied while my RC was still valid for 6months,
It will expire (friday 20th May 2016.)
If this mite help others too, dont have to wait till your RC runs out completely.
But cause we got no plans of travelling at the moment, i thot i should just send it in anyways, but to be honest the wait seems like forever.

So i think that's why homeoffice took their time.

Total length of application: 5months and 18days. ( from my door, and back to my door)

I wish you all still waiting the best results.

Congrats !!
A massive thank you to this forum and the important informations gathered here along the way for PR card, Very very useful

Hi lubmob,

I suggest, u can list the casual work in the form with the year it was done.

And also list the full five years from 2010/2011-2015/16, as required and give the evidences (p60s)

I think they more concern about the recent five years which shows on the p60s provided as evidences.

Akz,
please what in details does it mean?
Does it mean they dismiss homeoffice case against you? Meaning your first appeal won, stands?

Akz,
If they have dismissed homeoffice case against you winning appeal in the first instance.. Then i say you are in favour at the end, your first winning case stands.

I don't think ho can contest that any further.

Now, u should start smiling lol

If this is correct then i have stat smiling since this morning, I have just received an email from my Lawyer and that she will give me evry thing in a meeting. now a days home office is ask for permission to appeal to upper court directly and 95% time they are successful so still a lot of wait i need to do.

I have applied for FTT appeal in July 2015 and got Ftt hearing in Jan 2016, but now the delay time is more this year.

wish me good luck for my free and relax life of these stupid situation.

(my case win will open door for many people who are struggling with minimum income and maternity leave during their five years right to reside time)

Hi Akz,

Congrat and good to hear FTT dismissed HO appeal.

That is a good sign and I hope they give up and give you your PR. You surely deserve it.

I am still waiting for a hearing date since February 2016.

Thanks for the update again and hope to hear more good news.

regards,Jerom

Dear all,

I just rang HO 5 minutes ago on 0300 123 2253
quick pick up, polite lady.
I asked when I can expect biometric enrolment letter or email confirmation.
she said it all depends on individual case worker when they want to send it. some don't receive confirmation.
and she couldn't provide further information regarding my application.
and if I want to submit additional supporting documents, it does no harm to my application.

she said they start processing an application as soon as payment taken,
so just wondering why can't she tell me my case id or reference number.

I will ring them every Friday trying to get updates on my application.
hopefully one day someone over the phone can give me some information .
