Hi musica , when I called home office regarding my application when you HO will charge and BM letter they told me 2 months it's our standard process people who got earley BM letters doesn't make much difference because everyone getting decision after 5 months and yes I agree HO slowing down on processing application from last year I hope you get your decision in timely manner.

I applied for PR in 16/5/2015
Biometric 01/6/2015
COA Dated 9/6/2015
Refused 28/11/2015. dated 26/11/2015
Reason...... Please seach for my previouse post about my PR refusal,

I got encouraged and advice from Obie, he asked me to Appeal, send a reconsideration and if possible re-apply,
Reconsideration sent on the 01/12/2015,
Appeal sent 03/12/2015 (via onlinepayment taken),
Reconsideration refused on the 07/12/2015 caseworker said i did'nt provide the documents at the initial stage ( bloody liar).

* New Application sent = 11/12/2015, ( With bundles of documents )
* Biometric = done 05/01/2016 ( dated 30/12/2015 ),
* COA = 16/01/2016
* Additional documents sent to HO 10/01/2016 & 02/05/2016,
* PR Biometric recieved = 07/06/2016 ( dated 03/06/2016) via DX Delivery Guy
* PR letters and documens recieved = 07/06/2016

I applied for PR on the basis of ROR i have retained my right in july 2014 and was issued another 5 years in 2014,
i sent bundles of documents of myself and ex spouse for this PR which cost 40 pounds to send and also include a returned envelope which i used in tracking.

A very BIG thank you to OBIE and other kind members of this great forum for your help and surport, may the Almighty God bless you all and for those that are still waiting you will recieve goodnews soon, please keep believing and keep recieving.
Thanks :D :D :D RELIEF
Hi Favour100,
many congratulations.

Can you explain that you appeal and and also send application at same time?
I am stuck in appeal process and in my hearing the home office argue that why i did not send my missing document in initial application time. I have won my FTT appeal but home office now in the process of challenging my case in UT. I am thinking to send new application in the same time i wait for appeal result.
is it possible?

thanks
akz
Hi AKZ,

I'm not sure why you want to apply again for your PR when the FTT has dismissed the appeal from the HOME Office to the Upper Tribunal ?
The next stage naturally will be that the Home office issued your document to you. Unless I still don't understand your situation

Regards,
Ros

Good evening guys,
I will really appreciate it if someone could do me this big favour. My partner is a French National and is applying for permanent residence. Her son is 16 and also a French National and she wants to include him in her application. Is it possible or her son has to apply separately? It looks like the form talks about ' sponsor ' and it's a bit confusing because the boy is French and has a French passport. He has been in the Uk with his mother since he was 4. I hope someone will be able to help me out. Thanks a lot

Jack as far as i know, as the boy is still underage, ( seen as a child). i will say yes she can include him in her application. He is entitled to same status as the mum automatically, if am right. There is a section in the form particularly asking if any child is applying with you.

Hi payet, the biometric letter can sometimes take upto 4 weeks to arrive, u might need to wait abit tho, but looking at yr submitting date, its likely you will get it soon abt next week.
I don't think you can email them for biometric letter tho.
