Hello Everyone,
I am not sure if I am posting my question in right threadof this forum .

I have question regarding financial requirement section of FLR(M) application form for my wife(within Uk).

I am a Director (employee) and shareholder in my Ltd company, so I am not self-employed in the view of HMRC. The company is the trading entity and I simply draw a salary and profit share by way of dividend.

From Annex_FM_1_7_Financial_Requirement document I can see I am falling under category F (but not self-employed since I am employed by my company)

Now while filling form I am confused which section I need to fill ? Section 7.3 B say that you can write information about Category F but all questions are asked about self-employment.

Any idea which sections I am supposed to fill this form?

Regards,
kash

Hi there
I've applied for ILR on 10 year basis dated 01 Sep 2014.
I'm on student visa since 25th March 2012.
My wife is also on my dependant visa which is expiring on 31st December 2014.
As I'm student was unable to work more than 20 hours n I was not working, but I'm on grace period of my visa from July onwards.
I've got job from last month(October) full time where as my wife has got part time job.
Now till 31st December me n my wife will be having 3 month wage slips
Will 3 months wage slips be enough to apply FLR(M) n if I'll get contract letter from my employer which confirms that I'll be earning more than £18,600.
Please advise me shall i apply on 3 months wage slip + contract letter.
I'll be kind for your advice .
Thanks

Hi all, I would be grateful if anyone on this forum could help me out.
I have been granted the 10 years partner route visa but would like to switch to the 5 years route.

I have had my 10 year partner visa for 3 months and would like to apply for my 5 year partner route .
My question is can I switch now or do I have to wait for a particular period of time.

Thanks

Hi respected members and moderators, I have recently got my ILR on 10 year long residence; Now I want to apply for my wife visa. She came in UK in November 2009 as my dependent (PSW). Later I got Tier1 General and its extension. She has valid visa until April 2016. My friend who is also an immigration consultant says I should apply for FLRM and once she get it she will be able to apply for ILR. Can someone give me idea whether it will be ok to go for it? The second question is what documents I should send with FLRM application. Do I need to send my original BRP with the application?

Dear all
Please can you provide information on how many days absence is
allowed from the UK on FLR M, 3/2 year visa so it doesn't affect the extension or
ILR Application?
