I have applied for my wife spouse visa non priority, online application made on 28/03/2018 biometric given on 03-04/2018, document sent to Sheffield on 05-04-2018. I have received back documents on 24-05-2018 and got email on 24-05-2018. After that I didn’t receive any calls or emails from them. Still Waiting ! Please pray for us.

Ok thank u I'm still waiting on reply and it has been more than 4 months 93 working days to be exact and I also have a disabled daughter and she has a heart condition wish we get reply soon been waiting So long

What was the reason for refusal? If don’t mind asking!

i was refused because they haven't checked my documents carefully or may be misplaced some of them. according to them we have sent 3 pages of our whats app messages and 15 lyca mobile call list."they said in 2 years of marriage we should provide more evidence of relationship.we have sent pics , cards and a bundle of pages of whats app conversation n lyca mobile calls list."

Hi no I haven't received no email and I had my phone interview 2 months ago and I don't know whatsa happening really and I think my husband's passport will expire in less than 3 months

I receive back my documents on 19 May 2018,I also done priority,today make 30 days and still nothing.

Yes I have, the guy on the phone takes all information and done an escalation as I told him today makes 30 days. Application status waiting for decision. I felt like these people haven’t taken up my application and I wasted my money doing priority.
Just praying we all hear good news this week.

I don’t think there’s any time frame for call and it’s not necessary they call! How long have you worked for you current employment?

Reason for my question i had to travel abroad frequently for my job purpose but my phone always in roaming.
obviously , some concern that i missed any call.
I have another question. In my payslip, after my net salary second column shows travel expenses refund.But when salary credited to my account it shows all amount together. I had provide a letter from our pay roll office where clearly illustrate My salary and Refund expenses for last 1 year. Do you think it will be any issue. For my peace of mind, i did cross check with HM Revenue office and they confirm all amount reference are correct.

is your salary before tax (ex travel refund) comes upto or more than £18600? If it is than it shouldn’t be any problem, yeah If i am not wrong i guess they only call those, whose employment term is short like 1 year or under 2 year? Or if someone has 2 jobs!

Hi san111 I phoned them up today and they told me they have made the decision and my wife should get notification soon but I never got any calls or my employer he never got any calls either and they made a decision in 27 days in SHA Allah it's a good news and in SHA Allah you all get your visa asap too it's really stressful

Also that mean the contact centre may did not escalated your application when you called them earlier times, because when I called them on last friday on my 25th day. A person I spoken to over the phone she said since my Biometric its not 30 working days yet and she can't escalate the case yet. Call back on or after 30th day, If i don't hear anything by than contact centre can escalate the application. its look like all the Priority applications made during end of April 2018 taking longer time for making decisions. May be because of backlog applications and change of home secretary or windrush cases. Insha'allah everyone's applications will get success result!

It shouldn't be a problem as long as its equivalent to or above required Income. (after your travel expenses deducted). Did you explained that on your sponsor's statement. if you had than ECO will know it. If they need to call you and you missed their calls they will try few attempts not to worry. Also was your application on Priority or none Priority, because looking at few members here on Priority application they had made they haven't heard anything since their biometric has giving. or over 30 working days has passed. Normal application takes upto 12 to 24 weeks excluding weekends or some cases it takes longer and Priority applications 30 working days excluding weekends(6 weeks) or some cases it takes longer upto 12 weeks 60 working days.

Hello,Thanks for your suggestion. Application catagory was standard.
My salary well above minimum requirnments.As i discussed, submit 7 month payslip and P60 for last financial year. I have submitted follows paper:
-7 Month Pay slip.
-1 year Bank statements.
-Marriage Certificate.
-Whats app conversation.
-Honeymoon Reservation.
-Accommodation letter from employer cause i am living in company flat what was in my employment contract.
-Wife TB cert.
-English Language Cert.
-My Employment letter.
-Recommendation letter from Global ops Manager.
-Father in Law's Statements.

My solicitor break down all in significant paragraph.
this list of documents may helps other for list of documents.
