Spouse visa does not have the option for an admin review but you may be want to get your MP involved and appeal. sometimes appeal gets withdrawn and decision gets overturned by ECO.

if they are claiming you are the director of the company but you are saying your just an employee.

Are you the director?
Does the director have the same name as you?

Another working day goes and still no SMS to collect passport. If a decsion is made then what takes them this long to return passport. 62nd working day since biometrics were done. Starting to get worried.

Rang UKVI last Wednesday (59th day) and they said a decison was made and i had to wait for SMS to collect passport. He said he could not see when the decision was made.

Are you sure you got email from UKVI just 6 days after sending documents to Sheffield? They are never this quick to send email confirmation specially for priority applicaitons:

Viki I can confirm I received the email on 26th April as exactly 2 weeks later I got a call from HomeOffice. I am not sure if they will send me my original documents back as 12 weeks will be up next week.

Hi is anyone waiting for a spouse visa since last year? I applied on 21 december and its been more than 6 months i havnt had a reply n also phoned them twice which didn't help much...n its been more than 120 working days now...are they really busy or just being lazy...its really worrying me now...my husband was refused visa in 2015 n i recieved the not straight forward email in march and they have also done enquiry by phone with me and my employer so what is the wait? I am in the same position as you. Rang UKVI twice last week and they said decision was made. Still no SMS to collect passport. 63rd working day today. My partner applied for fiance visa in Mumbai, India on 23rd march and documents reached Sheffield exactly 3 months ago on 26th March.

We have paid for the courier service as well. I'm only concerned because the decision has been made but there's no update on VAC application online tracking page neither any update from HO.
while other applicants received their passport collection email/text on the next day of decision date
