Hi Paramjit,

You are right, most applications are decided within a week or so.

Jenwaller,

I assume they would have some target date to clear the Christmas and New Year Backlog too...may be within next one or two weeks probably they will decide the future of all december HSMP applicants.

Hope most get the positive outcome....

Hi All,

Can someone who sent the additional documents in support of the Initial HSMP application share their exp. here like the docs, were considered or not, any implication on the outcome of the application etc.?

How do we know that the additional docs, that we sent is entered into their system and passed on the case worker assigned. On their help line, everytime you call up you probably get different replies.

I am afraid; they said to me that the case worker not assigned, and I can send additional docs. with the ref. number I received on the last working day (Friday). My additional docs. would reach them by Monday afternoon. I hope no decision is made prior to that.
And the additional docs that I sent does REACH THE ASSIGNED CASE WORKER, OR AT LEAST TIED TO THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION, that I sent.

Guys, please share your experiences in this regard.

Proofs submitted for Income earned

Post by nakvis » Mon Jan 08, 2007 11:53 am

Previous Earnings Calculation Sheet to support HSMP Application:

 In Last 15 months (September 2005 – November 2006) I was staying in India for 13 months (September 2005 – September 2006)
 I would like to claim the income earned during 1st October 2005 – 30th September 2006.
 The Earnings for this period are as follows:

Month Gross Salary (INR) Proof 1 Proof 2 Employer
October-05 44,805.00 Pay Slip Tax Returns for 2005 – 2006 &
Bank Statements with Highlighted Salary Credits XXX
November-05 79,805.00 Pay Slip XXX
December-05 44,805.00 Pay Slip XXX
January-06 44,805.00 Pay Slip XXX
February-06 44,805.00 Pay Slip XXX
March-06 49,305.00 Pay Slip XXX
April-06 52,288.00 Pay Slip Bank Statements with Highlighted Salary Credits. XXX
May-06 1,17,729.00 Pay Slip XXX
June-06 58,254.00 Pay Slip XXX

August-06 42,777.00 Pay Slip Letter from Employer as confirmation. XXX
September-06 58,936.00 Pay Slip XXX
TOTAL ( A ) 573,796.00

 On 30th September the Currency conversion as per www.oanda.com is:
1 Indian Rupee = 0.01166 British Pound
 As per the above conversion, the total amount earned during last 12 months is:
573,796.00 Indian Rupee = 6,689.32 British Pound
 Please find attached the Currency Conversion Calculation Page Print from www.oanda.com on 30th September 2006 for your ready reference.

NOTE: My Last Working day with XXX was 14th August 2006. So the Salary for July 2006 was paid by a Cheque including the salary for 14 days of August 2006 (Total of INR 72,132.00). So as a second proof, I am submitting my full & final settlement letter from employer and the Bank Statement with highlighted credit of this settlement amount for this month. Also attaching a letter from my previous employer showing consolidated income for the period of April 2006 to August 2006.

Hi All,

I just spoke to the HSMP team regarding the attachmet of the additional docs, that I sent to them. They said, the additional documents takes about "FIVE WORKING DAYS" (after passing through various scanning etc) from the Central Mail room to the Original application.

My status is that the case worker not yet allocated, they said there is a substantial pile up of Application.

I dont know when do they get attach my additionals to the originals, hope they do it before it reaches the case worker.

Anyone here, who could trace the additional docs. attached to the original docs? Pls. share similar exp. if any.

Thanks,
NNJ10

Hi HSMP28122006,

How do you come to know about the name of the caseworker?
Did He/She mail you? Did you get his mail ID or his/her desk phone number?

Is it that the caseworker, would be in touch with the applicant, for any matter by e-mail?

The case worker will email you once the docs are ready for pick-up. I'm arranging my docs to be picked up tomorrow.

So, it means my application is finalised.

Hi nnj10,

I asked the name of the casewoeker and they told the same.
They did not give further information, I just emailed him to hsmp.workpermit@xyz id mentioning his name in the subject line.

I do not think he will contact me before the application is made.

Can you wish me good luck please? I really need it.

Thanks!

If you have provided your mail ID in the application form, you may receive a mail from HSMP team.

If you are too curious, you better call them.

Hi,

Probably they are busy in replying the mails arrived during the holidays.
You can ask them to confirm the reference number through e-mail when you call then again or wait for a coulpe of days, you might ger the e-mail.
