No guidelines tells this.
Yes .... if you received points via court then this case is true,but not if you received points by a police man or speeding camera.

That's Right. If you challenge the ticket/fine and end up in court and found to pay for the fine/court cost then there's a Charge/conviction against you which stays from 3 to 5 years ( depends ). In addition to that, HO rules say, if you are convicted recently, don't bother applying in 3 years time as that's an automatic refusal. Even After 3 years, you must declare to HO all the charges/ convictions whether spent/ unspent!

So I paid my fine without challenging it
I'm in deep more than a ticket anyway!

I have asked HO to return my documents back since 20th of the last month, and still have not received any respond yet. 0_o

That's terrible... The next batch of approvals should be on it's way for next week. Hopefully we will get a few February ones this time.

Yes, it's really terrible, If they have not made any decision yet, why have not they returned my documents back which I have asked 7 weeks ago?

I dunno, maybe they're lazy, maybe they're disorganised, maybe they lost your letter, maybe they sent it but the postman lost it. Don't worry about it, life goes on..

Because this information is up to 31.03 I think that they finish approximately 20% every month. I guess they finished not less than 75% from FEB applicants up to date.

We heard nothing for months and finally received our invitation to ceremony yesterday 12th June, yay!
The invitation is dated 6th of June.

So it took ages but finally the invitation arrived

I am still waiting since I have sent all the documents to proof treaty rights: Bank Statements, Self Assessment, Child Benefit, Tax Credits: all of the last five years.

If we request the passport back as we might want to go on holiday, will it affect the application at all?

I think we still have around 1500 outstanding applications which are gonna be distributed among caseworkers. Will take another two weeks, inshaa Allah. I think so. Hope everybody, queued up, gets his/her approval soon. Inshaa Allah(God willing!).
