Yes of course sis but its still so hard

Got married march 2013 came back end of may 2013
Had my son Jan 2014 went back march-april 2014
Then went again march-may 2015

Waiting on appeal court date I think it will be march/April might go just before or just after, depends really

Inshallah hope my wait ends next year, as my son will be 2 in Jan

Inshallah I am awaiting to hear from my MP this upcoming week and Inshallah it will be good news and my deadline for ECM reviewing in the first week of December

Then went again march-may 2015

InshaAllah i hope this all goes in your favour and you can be together as a family. Same as us.

I know it is very hard with a child especially. Just think of all the ajr and reward you will receive.

i called up the update line again - they told me they are awaiting a hearing date.

looks like we're in the same boat...have they given you a date for the hearing yet? (or do you have a general idea of when it would be scheduled for?)

I called again today to c if a hearing date has been given but the lady said its not even up for court or that I have to wait until after my deadline (27th) but I guess all I can do is wait

Realistically I can't imagine hearings would be any time before Feb or even March 2016.

Brother I would ask for an update from the tribunal in November as your dealdine is in Jan and from mp in the next 4 week, it's just a waiting game to be honest..

I'm surprised you have received a hearing date as stillwaiting123 has a deadline of the end of October.

When I called up for an update for my deadline today (which is a few days after yours) they said it would be a while before before they could give me a hearing date.

In any case June 2016 is an absolute joke. It doesn't bode well for the rest of us.

In answer to your question, they wouldn't allow you to apply again if there is already an application/decision in process.

Really brother? On other forums we have always been told u can keep appeal and submit a fresh application r u on the fb group? Also do u know gmbilla007's location as his court date is sooooo far, another persons deadline was 6th October she is from Manchester and her court date is 8th February 2016

I asked in 2013 and was told this was not possible. It makes sense - a application can't be reviewed by two people simultaneously - what if they come to different conclusions. Anyway it might be worth double checking.

omg they must be super busy then as my friend is from Manchester and they gave her Bradford court 2 weeks ago nearly for 8th febfeb
