How i can find my HO Reference number ?
Hello aqilzeeshan,

If your company employed less than 250 yes you need more or less correct number.

Hello aqilzeeshan,

I read some where in Guidence notes you need to include your original HSMP letter, but I never see in previous posts people mentioned they sent.

aqilzeeshan,

You may include your HSMP original letter but it is not compulsory.

When I applied for FLR, I did not include it and my extention was granted.

And if you check the forum, most of the submssioms did not have original HSMP letter.

I believe it is not compulsory.

All the best.

Pls help

Post by Deepa » Wed Oct 18, 2006 6:20 pm

Please could you help me? I heard from one of my friends that your guidence helped him get HSMP!

I have applied for HSMP under 28 this Feb 2006 after having received some guidance from my friend who got HSMP during early 2005 when the rules were not so stringent. My application got declined stating that documentation was insufficient.(No roles and responsibilties submitted)

Now I am planning to reapply during Feb 2007. I have all my salary docs clear and will be able claim my points. I am going to submit my past 12 month payslips and bank statements.

Now I am only concerned, whether my Job Title according to the Uk standards is a graduate level job! I am planning to claim 2 years work experience.

1st Year:-I am currently working as ' Inside Sales Manager' for an International IT firm. I am responsible for business development across Europe. I am based at our Head Quarters in Chennai. I support the sales teams for Onsite(each deal amounting to $million) till the closure. I wish to know if this role is a graduate level job

2nd Year:-Prior to this I have been working for a different IT company as a Team Leader for their Offshore Barclays Operations. I am going to prepare my roles and responsibilty sheets for these jobs and would like you to verify if they are in line with graduate roles and responsibilities.

Please help

Hi All
First of all I thank Prasad for information given for my querries on FLR extension. So it is a relief.
I want some information on this please.
My spouse and son are not in UK though I am in UK and applied for FLR and wating for outcome. How canI obtain visa for them under FLR? Please note that I did not claim points for my spouse education when I applied for HSMP initially.
Is it possible while they are abroad to apply or they have to come to UK under visit visa and then apply after I get my FLR approved?
Can someone give advice on this?
Thank you
Jiff

Hello Jiffry,

As long as passport at Home Office you dont need to worry about expiry date of your VISA. Urgent Treatment form is free to request but you need to valid reason in the first place to consider your request.

Hello Jiff,

I did not check immigration board for many days. I am not expert in this but, it looks like it is straight forward one once you get your passport back you need to send a copy to your wife, so she can apply for leave to remain in INDIA.
If you bring your wife on visit visa, I dont think it is easy to change status.
If I am you, I will give them a ring. Sorry I am not much helpful than this.

Cheers,

Hello Deepa,

First of all you have posted in wrong location this is for extension approval.
Secondly, both the jobtitles sounds as graduate level, "Inside" is not obviousl one. One thing you need to remember Duties and responsibilities, you need to take great care in this part of letter.

Finally follow this link you get more information http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/docume ... iew=Binary

Good Luck,

Early Application for HSMP Extension

Post by rdresume » Fri Oct 27, 2006 3:09 am

Hi All,

Has anyone recently applied for extension 12 weeks in advance.
I intend to apply due to pre booked air tickets for return. Though my docs are complete, and the case worker manual says that early applications are treated equally if they have sufficient proof but I am still not very confident about it.

Any pointers ?
