Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

just to let u no that they r all shambles.. my hubby got visa on aug 15 mashallah and is coming today inshallah! I received an email last night from visa enquiries in response to an email I sent on eid day about whr my application is. they emailed ystrday sayin we need more info to find ur hubbys application! errrrrrr hellooo he got his visa aug 15!!!

wen dey say we need more infooo they jus takin sweet time.. if they say we cnt find application dnt worry they takin d piss dats all....

inshallah allah taala grants u all visas soon so u can all b with ur loved ones! ameen

Yes they do take the piss. All my prayer with April applicants Allah give all of us saber and grant us His blessings

Alhamdullah, by the grace of almighty Allah, Visa is stamped on my passport.

My details are;

Visa type: Settlement, Husband.
Documents submitted: 09 July, 2013
1st status: Documents forwarded to Islamabad OC, 09 July, 2013
2nd status: Ready for collection, 22 August, 2013
Collected today, 23 August, 2013.

1: Infact they returned my all orignal and photocopy documents as well, including pictures.
2: my status didn't changed to BHC at any point, i just had the above 2 statuses for the entire process.

All praise to Allah, finally i got my visa and my wife really really and really needed me, I guess Allah listened to her and been kind on us, again, as always.

I pray all the couples here waiting and worried for their beloved's visas get them stamped ASAP.

Visa Granted and stamped 16/08/2013 ... Thanks to almighty Allah

The whole process took exactly 3 months and 1 day.
I agree the whole process is a shambles and BHC and Gerry's are not in the least bit helpful.

Inshallah everyone waiting or applying soon will get their visas as soon as possible.

I will aslo be creating a thread on the forum with all the templates of the documents I submitted so people looking to apply will get an idea of what needs to be submitted.

Everyone waiting please don't loose hope and Inshallah everything will be sorted out for you and your partners.

Happy Birthday Indeed... But you think thats bad? try Engagement Anniversary (YES we celebrate it every year), Eid, Nikaah Anniversary (YES we also celebrate that too every year) and Wedding Anniversary all 4 Combo without her .. Well technically its 3 so far but knowing how long these decisions take, i might aswell count the wedding one too lol.

Got Engaged in April on my birthday... Did Nikaah in July and Wedding in November... all 3 in 2010 and i go to pakistan twice a year minimum

Stumbled upon this form today and makes for interesting reading info.

Our spouse application was made from Islamabad on 17.05.13 and that brings it upto 70 working days as of today. According to the trackin website it has been showing as under process at BHC since 31.05.13 and nothing has changed since then.

Would just be interested to know if anyone else has applied around a similar date to me and if they are getting their decisions through yet or what the current backlog and time frame we are looking at.

I emailed lord nazir again and he said i will forward ur email to the head of immigration at the UKBA.. so dnt knw whether that will help.

I did email my local M.P twice again.. but he has still not bothered to reply.

His not getting my vote again.
