,
FIRST OF ALL CONGRATS TO THOSE WHO WON THEIR APPEALS, CAN U GUYS PLS ANSWER FEW QUESTIONS SPECIALLY member @itk AS I AM BIT CONFUSE ABOUT MY SOLICTOR ATTITUDE:
1. WHEN DID YOU RECEIVE COURT LETTER ABOUT YOUR HEARING DATE?
2. WHEN DID U SEND BUNDLES TO COURT AND HOME OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE?
3. WHEN DID U RECEIVE LETTER FROM COURT THAT HOMEOFFICE WITHDRAW THE APPEAL.
4.DID U HIRE SOLICTOR?
MY HEARING IS ON SECOND WEEK OF SEPTEMBER AS I RECEIVED BUNDLE FROM HOMEOFFICE LAST WEEK & NOW I AM FORCING MY SOLICTOR TO SEND OUR BUNDLE TO COURT AND HOMEOFFICE ASAP BCOZ MIGHT BE HO WITHDRAW THEIR DECISION B4 HEARING, BUT MY SOLICTOR SAYS THAT WE CAN,T SEND OUR BUNDLE TO COURT AND HOMEOFFICE UNTIL LAST WEEK BEFORE HEARING DATE BUT I AM NOT SURE IF HE,S TRUE OR HE,S IN MOOD THAT WE SHOULD GO TO COURT FOR HEARING TO MAKE MONEY FOR REPRESENTING ME BCOZ IF HOMEOFFICE WITHDRAW MY APPEAL THAN THERE IS NO POINT TO GIVE MY SOLICTOR ANY EXTRA MONEY. I HOPE U GUYS GOT MY POINT. SO PLS ANSWER ABOVE QUESTIONS.
MANY THANKS.

@madina

i received letter from Tribunal around 2 months ago. i contacted my lawyer n he replied there is long way to go so dont be panic. i received bundle from HO one month ago then again i pushed my solicitor to finalize bundle n send it to concerning persons but he said we will send appeal bundle just 4 to 5 days before hearing so HO lawyer will get inadequate time to prepare case. our winning chances will be higher in this case. n he did the same. :(
my humble advice is, u must hire a good solicitor before going to ur hearing because in legal battle, u should be equipped with strong case references and arguments.

hi madina 100
In my case the solicitor send the bundle one month before hearing to court and HO representative.and the barrister who attended hearing along with me prepared the skeleton arguments and presented on the day f hearing.
Regarding withdrawl what I understand during this all proceeding that HO don't have enough time to study the bundles before and withdrew case.The HO representative in my hearing case she got on the day of hearing the bundle.So u can understand
you should hire good barrister and push him/her all the time

Do not worry, it appears that they are quite loaded with appeals these days. A friend of mine filed for an appeal 2 months ago and got a hearing date at the end of January 2014!!!

So hang in there and good luck.

I spoke to tribunal services on 29th August. Appeal Lodged 30th May, money deducted 28th July. Customer service told me possibly another 2 weeks to get hearing date but it possibly would be in April 2014 for London . Time will say whats gonna happen. Absolute madness. Please bless for everyone.
