Anyone help PlcYasf wrote:Hi all
Apply for eea retain rights after divorce
can I apply after divorce decree nisi granted
Or wait for absolute certificate
lived together 2.5 years in UK
EX-wife treaty right evidence
meaning provide all 3 year but
My ex is cooperating and provided me
Only last 6 month payslip photocopy
And 2015 p60 that's enough for
ROR application
Thanks for advice
you need to wait untill you get absolute certificate, for Ror basically you need docs during the divorce (initiated untill absolute) from your ex.Yasf wrote:Anyone help PlcYasf wrote:Hi all
