I wish to apply for my wife and child's visa from new Delhi. I have a settlement visa and present in UK.
Could you please let me know the procedure please.

Especially, how much IHS need to be paid, which form (online?) and I believe fee is 94K each (wife and child)?
Also, what do you select in form when you pay for IHS (Important).

2. Passport size photograph of Applicant’s
3. Birth certificate of the child
4. Passport/Certified copy of Passport of Sponsor
5. Sponsorship Declaration
6. Original/Certified copy of marriage certificate of Applicant and Sponsor
a. If previously divorced-original/certified decree absolute
7. Evidence of relationship being genuine and subsisting
a. Any form communication
b. Family photographs
c. Evidence of trips taken together

i. Tickets ii.Receipts
8.English Language requirement of Sponsor-Certificate of English language test/Naric certificate to compare academic qualification
9. TB Certificate of Applicant
10. Tenancy Agreement/land registry documents/mortgage statements/Council Tax Bills/Utility Bill/Property Inspection report of Sponsor
11. Bank Statements-Financial requirement-£18600 of Sponsor/Applicant
12. If salaried employment of Sponsor:
a. P60
b. Wage slips covering a 6 month period if employment is for more than 6 months. If less than 6 months, than payslips covering
a 12 month period.
c. Letter from employer stating:

i. Gross annual salary

ii. Length of employment

iii. Type of employment (full/part)

iv. Position in company

v. Contract of employment

vi. Bank Statements covering either 6-12 months

Could you also please advise me in calculating IHS surcharge for both of them? From the forums reading a few people advise, it looks like I should be paying £600 each for IHS. But I can't get this number- I'm getting £1900 as my settlement visa BRP expiry date is nov2024 (although visa is permanent, the validity of BRP is fixed). They donot give option of not choosing a 'visa validity till' date

Dont wory, it is £600 indeed. I paid it recently in April.

Not sure mate, just give them a call or drop them an email and ask for explanation.
