As long as you have a bank account showing ur irish address that should be fine. your payslip will be proof that you were getting paid.
when u fill in the eea2, there is space for additional info. you can give an explaination as to why theres no evidence of salary going into ur account. be honest and upfront, u havent done anything wrong and i dont think u will penalised for that.

if you can keep copies of some of the cheques as well that will be good.

Lets hope so.

Nothing illegal last time i checked. As long as im receiving payslip and contract then payment of cash wage is legal.

Beggars cant be choosers and i took whatever job i could get since we live in a small town.

so far there is nothing illegal, Even there is no grounds to refuse your application if we don't provide it but it would better if you give them at least one

If eea2 refused what are my options (british citizen)

Post by alphagear » Sat Nov 05, 2016 3:09 am

Im a british citizen who returned from ireland after doing surinder singh.

We returned to uk with my wife possessing stamp4eufam 5 year card. Did not apply for eea fp.

Currently our eea2 application is in process with a decision anytime in december.

Im worried with the new regulations it will get rejected and also no in country appeals anymore.

We now have a british child born in the uk.

Will it be possible to apply for flr if things dont go well.

Regards.
