Do we have to provide any marketing material or website pages as we had done in initial application

Thanks Zimba,

Is there any specific page/section in guidance which has all the required evidence written there?

It is clear in the guide what need to be sent. There is no list or anything. Please read the guide, the sections related to extension.

Thanks Zimba

Just gone through again whole section for guidance and feeling better now, Thanks for million dollar tip :)
One thing I have noticed, they have mentioned so many occasions "business or businesses" does it relate to by any shape or form with my first question? i.e; which was to disclose about other businesses as well

 established a new business or businesses that has/have created the equivalent
of at least 2 new full-time jobs for persons settled in the UK;

We recognise that, as an entrepreneur, you may have moved on to other activities and
no longer be involved in the business in which you initially invested, but we still require this
evidence to show that the money was invested.

For each business you are providing evidence of investment in, you must supply the
appropriate evidence from the lists below to prove that it is a UK business

No. You can score points across multiple businesses.
Please note that we cannot go through each obvious point of the guide one by one here

Thanks Zimba
I will stick with what you said and proceed with only my main company
The reason I was so curious about this point , Because I don't want to end up in a situation where they say I deliberately hide anything and my concern is I do not really want to give them lots and lots of information
Thanks anyway
Soon I will finalize my application and will post list of documents in separate thread

Also Zimba, if emplyee has joined with me during the year and left same year. Do I have to provide both P45s? Like one when she came in and one which my company has issued?

HI Zimba,
I have just found your post!
So do we need to submit P32 as well?

I have used the software and it is easy to use. You enter your employee details, their pay information and tax year and you generate the FPS reports. Cross check the reports with your P32s to make sure the information on the FPS reports are correct.
This is just a hack to get the FPS reports in a format HO wants, no RTI submissions should be done as this was already submitted by your accountant to HMRC.

you to send your application via royal mail at the very latest tomorrow 07/01/2016. anything after that makes you technically an over stayer - except you have a very plausible explanation (fire, serious illness, etc) on why you did not submit an application before the expiration of your visa.
