One more question, i was going through the new policy again and iy reminded me of this

Do i need to send address proofs?

My employees are from following countries
Uk
Netherlands
Spain
Norway
Belgium

Thanks
That’s fine. Address of what? Personal? Is it something in the guidance?
Ur employees have right to work. I don’t see a question. Do they all have passports?

Thanks for your help aman90. I have submitted my application this morning and booked next fridays appointment for biometrics. Without any extra charge. I have got a small doubt in it though. Do you know if they will scan and upload my documents as well?

I did not opt for docs check service (£35) as i think all they will do is compare my docs to final check list that came up when i clicked submit button . (they are offering free scan and upload service with this)

One more thing, now since i have completed my application, can you clear my doubt regarding my wifes..still struggling with ihs surcharge..If i put my expiry as 08-05-19 its giving me £200. And if i put it as 08-05-22 its giving me £1400 and £1200 for 08-04-22. So my question is should i change dates and make sure i pay £1200 or be truthful about dates and pay £200??

To answer your previous question..
Yes they all have valid passports..One of them i.e. Norway falls under EEA countries so i was wondering do i need ti provide any additional documents like address proof as i didn't completely understand settled workers section in guidance.

Hi muhammadabd,

I am also under similar dilemma regarding job creation. Are you using the addition information box to explain your job creation or you are writing separate cover letter to explain that?
I did not write anything in that box. But if you want to give explanation anyway i think you can use box and send a cover letter as well. It will make it easier for them.

Personally I don’t know. I’ve read many have uploaded documents themselves and opted for the doc check but later realised it was a waste.

One more thing, now since i have completed my application, can you clear my doubt regarding my wifes..still struggling with ihs surcharge..If i put my expiry as 08-05-19 its giving me £200. Go back on the thread and read CR001’s answer to ur post. I would go on the side of the truth but then you gotta pay it later anyways.. it’s not gonna affect ur application in any way.. so might as well get it over and done with now..

Ur over thinking. I dont think they require addresses of ur employees.. the HMRC was provided this information for PAYE.
