August 2019 Restricted COS - PLS DO NOT POST VISA APP RELATED QUESTIONS HERE!!!

Guys just wanted to confirm that I just got allocated a restricted soc CoS.

My application was done last month, HO had asked for few documents which we submitted on 25th July.
In response we got a confirmation that they have deffered it to be looked at this month.

The CoS was allocated yesterday i got confirmation from HR today.

All the best for people who are still waiting.

Congrats and also like to know your points.....do not know if this month 40 points needed as in June....

They have updated the website and mentioned 40 as the cut off for July. So may be a similar pattern in August

Hello Guys,

My employer has submitted my COS Application on 17th July. So, I was waiting for August allocation. I asked the HR last week and the response was , they can't track the application. They send an email to HO help desk for the status. They didn't receive any response yet. Could anyone suggest anything for this scenario?

My employer has applied the RCoS on 20-Jul-2019, but still RCoS is not released. My employer assured that my RCoS will be released in Sep 2019 allocation. Employer don't inform me that it is under review or rejected. My questions are;
1- Can employer can give this type of assurance.
2- If once RCoS in not granted, then it can carried forward to next month allocation, if it is not rejected? 3- 3-3- There is any limit for RCoS for one employer in any month?

1. No they can't. Only ho can decide to approve an RCoS and they hold all the cards in making a decision.

2. Possibly. No limit, it depends on various factors.

1- If any month RCoS is not allocated and also not rejected then it will carry forward for next month

2- If carry forward next month allocation then employer to don't need to perform procedures like Resident
Labour Market test and previously done is valid for next month allocation?
3- Or employer has to start the procedures from scratch?

4- My employer told me that job for which RCoS is applied is not rejected by HO. So my employer mean RCoS
is not rejected?

It couldn't have been approved on the 3rd as the allocation meeting only takes place on the 11th. Do you mean they submitted the request on the 3rd??

Hi,
My employer is a new sponsor, they applied for a RCoS on the 31st July. Currently the application states under review.
They have not had any requests for further information.
Any advice?

Have you calculated the points of your RCOS ?

In July, applications should score atleast 40 pts to be successful. please see below

It is all so confusing because, someone did indeed post that they received there's with 30-35 points. My occupation is on the shortage list and so I'm not sure why things are taking so long. My sponsor said that they've been no requests for additional documentation or information on my application.

Mine was granted on 12th. my employer is on holiday so they only found out now.
I think I'm 30~35 pt. Non nhs.

Sorry i've double checked with my solicitor and i had 60pt.

Can we still expect RCos to be released for month of August, or has the quota been done?
