Spouse visa extension/non applying kids documents

I don’t have kids birth certificate, shall I take kids
( both 20 year old) original passports Or copies ?

Do they require you to submit documents for non-applying people?

On the application Yes, details for kids plus question there that can you submit Birth certificate? So in my case I don’t have it so I did mentioned it on cover letter that I can’t provide and mentioned the reason, just wanted to know if someone taken non applying kids passport copies or original for the appointment?

I have few questions guys urgently as I have appointment today.

1. For biometric appointment do I need to print out application ?

2. Do I have to take my wife ? I am the applicant for spouse visa Extension, I will take her British passports so ukvcas staff scan it ?

3. I have booked appointment at enhance, will ukvcas staff scan my all documents as I have not uploaded anything.

4. For cohabitation documents I did not arrange them in sequence, is that a problem ? I have separate them like bank statements together for wife, joint letters together, and other individual letters together.

3. Never entirely rely on them rather upload yourself
4. Ideally arrange them in chronological order
