Mine is also "Awaiting Consideration". I have applied on 8th april. I have to go back to India on 29th this month. Ticket also booked by my company... Do not know when I am going to get my visa. God has to help us.

Update on my status,called HO today 19/05 at 4:15 pm and its under consideration.
Hopefully thats something positive.
Will call them again tomorrow and update you guys.

When status changes from AFC to FC or UC then its decision time. Inshallah you will hear good news. Update us tommorrow when you call.

An update,my employer received a call for my employment verification today.Call was made by BHC in islamabad.

I thought the call would be made by HO in UK??

Any thoughts please??

That is strange.

Did you check your status with HO today.

I am also under same situtaion......application under consideration from last couple of days.

Yea,yesterday status was UC today its again abck to AFC :?

My previous earnings were from home country(pakistan)
With in one week status of my application has changed 6 times,AC,UC,AC,AFC,UC,AFC as of today.

The delay is just bcz of the ILR judgment which has come now and so all JR pending applications will hopefully be processed in a week or two. :)

Hi Guys!!!! Is there anyone else whose Tier 1 Extension is pending who applied near 27th of March and is it must to attach the self assessment form? I think I missed that.
Mine is under consideration from last week.

The current timings on UKBA website says
‘’During the week commencing 25 May 2009, we expect to be considering applications that were received on or before 30 April 2009. Please note that this timescale is a guideline only, and some cases may take longer to consider.’’

Seems like I'm every one has got their passports back who apllied on 27th of March :) since no comment has been left here for some time now.

I'm still on AFC(initial Application),its second week now on that status.... :(

Anyone else still waiting who applied on or before 27th or march??
