Tier1 General Dependent visa applicants from Pakistan

I have few questions, I m on tier 1 general visa and I want to apply for my wife visa as my dependen for that I can only apply online Question when I registered and tried to create application it asked few questions.
1: select visa type
2: Reasone to visit
3: Visa type
4: visa sub type
Anyone can tell me what are the right ans. for dependent visa dependent is on an option there.

yes it shall be alright, I think accountant letter is enough.

I am in uk and want to sponsor in pakistan. i need to ask one thing what document we need if i go for self employed or if i have limited company. as im doing nothing at the moment. my friend told me have limited company or go on self employed.which one is easy and what document i need to support my husband. im very help less and no guideance.
