No!, please read what I wrote, i said when you receive your deadline notice which is usually 5/6 weeks after you appeal!

Update regarding my appeal,
I called tribunal and the lady told me that they received the bundle so looks like it is going to be listed for hearing. I don't have any idea on what grounds they are taking it further but guess I just have to wait for the bundle from High commission. Remember me in ur duas.

I called tribunal and the lady told me that they received the bundle so looks like it is going to be listed for hearing. I don't have any idea on what grounds they are taking it further but guess I just have to wait for the bundle from High commission. Remember me in ur duas.

I don't understand they should have overturned the decision as wasn't your refusal because they couldn't find your English certificate because the dares were mixed up as they recently overturned a very similar decision like that for someone here

I've received correspondence from my local MP. The home office have not overturned the decision for refusal.
They stated on the letter that they were aware of an ' IT issue' with grafton college Islamabad. However a list of names were sent to them, and my husbands name was not on that. This was also checked by an ECM.

So annoyed right now, they OBVIOUSLY did not try the UKVI website as the college assured me it was visible to them now.

Does this mean i am definatly going to have to go and appeal. And ive appealed 3 weeks ago. Anyone have any idea as to when i would hear back with regards dates etc ?.

Sorry i have no idea of the list or names on there.
The college did send me a copy of the page with husbands results, picture and all that on the page.
Apparantly, the college needed to tick a box to make is visible when ECO used reference number off certificate,so as that box was unticked-they couldnt see it.
I spoke with Cambridge English here and they explained that to me. I also spoke with the head of Cambridge English in pakistan and he also said the same. Sooo frustrating.

Just have to wait for appeal dates now.

All this due to another individulas error. This should be rectified as soon as it is picked up. All this court malarky shouldnt even be necessary.

All I can say Is I am really sorry to see what's happening with people by this UKVI. we pay taxes to pay their wages and they are annoying us.

I don't know why people get involve with MPs this is a useless effort in this direction I know this from heart and as many more people will try this, it will have the same result I can guarantee them from my heart.

I know how government department works very well. they are not much better than Pakistani Government department all useless gits.

They said while the evidence is substantial it's up to me to correct any wrong doings done in my wife's application and I should use the initiative and appeal, so yeah basically a slap on the face

The bottom line is all they will give you is the letters and you will have to rely on these to get your appeal successful .

Please do dua for me as mine is in two weeks time and if mine is successful Inshallah we have a strong base to build on for those similarly affected

I have a question to ask, do you know how long it takes to get the review deadline after you appeal. I appealed on 15th September and now it's 19th October and I still haven't received the review deadline.
