Salam everyone

I have a question to ask, do you know how long it takes to get the review deadline after you appeal. I appealed on 15th September and now it's 19th October and I still haven't received the review deadline.

We have appealed on 25/09/15 and as of yet still no dates.

My case was listed for court 22nd September she said people from July/august r even still waiting...

I'm really surprised and shock to see that people are not getting their court hearing dates.

Well after hope from Almighy Allah the only hope left for me is from the judicial system of this country but it looks like that it's not even working properly as well seeing that still waiting deadline is almost days away and she's still waiting for a court date.

Remember me in your prayers and I'll also remember everyone in my every single prayers.

Keep us updated with your spouse visa applications/ appeals.

It has been about 4 weeks since my appeal and have still not received any deadline dates or anything. Anyone have any idea as to how much longer i may need to wait.

Lack of sabr is increasing lol

I submitted my appeal mid august ...got my notice 2weeks ago...my review deadline is end of Jan
Took about 2 months to get my appeal notice...
Any idea when I'll get a response by? :/

Review takes up 6-8 weeks if successful if not thn will go to court.
But I believe all the November deadlines got their review decisions and now it's time for December deadline and hope fully Asif_sharif would be the next one who will get his updates.

It can take up to 8 weeks

I lodged my appeal 19th may and received my deadline 14th july

My deadline ends tommorow and still no court date....

If review is successful u would get the call/letter 6/8 weeks into your deadline if not then its up for court sadly

You are correct but for both you guys who have their decision in December a quicker way to find out about your appeal decision is to phone the courts OK a Tuesday and Friday as they will have a response before you get the letter which is normally a week later, please keep us updated as I am a week after both of you. Inshallah we will all get good news

You mean to say we should ask for an update only on Tuesday and Friday cause only on these days tribunal gets response from the BHC ?

How do I contact the court? My appeal was sent a week or so after u...when did you receive your appeal notice?

Just out of curiosity those who have had visas refused due to Cambridge English exam, what were the initials of your ECO.

My ECO was 'MB'

I had JB, still think it's Pakistan embassy as I have yet to hear this from another country embassy for UK visa, BTW my six weeks are next week so I pray Inshallah I get good news by then, hopefully the withdrawal letter if not I will give them a call and see what they say

Bro nothing's happening in 6 weeks now cause asif_sharif and my 8th week starting Thursday and Friday respectively.

So I think you'll only be able to get your response after us or one of us.
