hi everyone!

i went to see solicitor today, he suggested PAP the only option we have he thinks. HO doesn't reconsider any more he said and if we get detained the right of appeal can be out of country.

Now shondra Sharma's solisitor suggested reconsideration first and if HO refuse to reconsider then they will serve removal order with right of appeal.

i mean we have quite simmilar situattios why different oppinions

what do you guys think??

For application decisions made on or after 09 July 2013, you must submit any reconsideration request within three months of the deemed date of receiving the decision. For postal applications, the deemed date means two working days after the decision was posted.

GOOD NEWS!!!....I'm still in shock, solicitor called this afternoon to inform me that my BRP has arrived, i first thought she was joking because i did my biometric last Wed and was not expecting anything from them till December or January But when i got to her office, I was stunned when she gave me the ATM lookalike card, i was overjoyed and forgot to ask for the PIN (joking). To all those who were refused PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE KEEP THE FIGHTING SPIRIT GOING. God will surely answer your prayers. i'm just one of the lucky ones.

@Verbina - you efficiently covered it all for carrot cake, thanks

@Sanny happy belated birthday hope you had copious amounts of barcadi on your birthday lol

@Summer and @Shondra - Ladies I am waiting from my source to confirm how reconsideration letters work so as soon I get the info I will share. My guess is a JR in effect enforces a reconsideration so without some sort of litigation threat looming HO are not likely to budge just by the recon letter on it's own - my gut instinct tells me a PAP carries more authority and weight - I could be entirely wrong will anxiously wait to hear about this reconsideration letter.

Over and out!
